Article 1: Purpose and scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes which use of the VYRA software and related services is permitted and which use is prohibited.

1.2 The AUP applies to every user of the platform, including the Customer and its employees, and to guests who give feedback through VYRA Views.

1.3 In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions prevail.

Article 2: General principle

2.1 The user uses the platform in a lawful, careful and responsible manner and refrains from conduct that could harm the operation, security, availability or reputation of the platform or of other users.

Article 3: Prohibited use: lawfulness and content

3.1 It is not permitted to post or distribute content through the platform that is unlawful, misleading, offensive, discriminatory, threatening or otherwise inappropriate.

3.2 It is not permitted to infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights.

3.3 It is not permitted to use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.

Article 4: Prohibited use: integrity and security

4.1 It is not permitted to circumvent security measures, to gain unauthorised access to (parts of) the platform or to other people's data, or to exploit vulnerabilities.

4.2 It is not permitted to introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code.

4.3 It is not permitted to load the platform in an automated or excessive manner, or in a way that could harm its availability or performance (including scraping and denial of service).

4.4 It is not permitted to reverse-engineer or decompile the software or to create derivative works from it, except to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Article 5: Prohibited use: manipulation of feedback

5.1 It is not permitted to manipulate feedback through VYRA Views, including posting false, paid or inauthentic reviews, or influencing guests to state untruths.

5.2 The integrity of the feedback data is essential to the service; abuse of it is regarded as a serious breach of this AUP.

Article 6: Consequences of a breach

6.1 In the event of a (suspected) breach of this AUP, VYRA may take appropriate measures, including removing content, restricting or suspending access, and, in the event of a serious or repeated breach, terminating the subscription.

6.2 The choice and severity of the measure are at VYRA's discretion and are proportionate to the nature and seriousness of the breach.

6.3 VYRA's other rights under the Terms and Conditions and the law remain unaffected.

Article 7: Reporting
